Penthouse 5-0

Beloved characters Loulou and Estelle from the popular series Les hauts et les bas de Sophie Paquin are back in the spin-off comedy series Penthouse 5-0.

After a failed attempt at being a producer, Louise Nantel has become a marketing vice president at DM Cosmetics. Formerly a powerful Montreal casting director, Louise must now submit to Diane Marois. Meanwhile, actress Estelle Poliquin is still waiting for her big break. In her impatience, she gets into a dispute with her landlord and finds herself literally in the street, with her furniture piled beside her on the sidewalk. Estelle places herself at Louise’s mercy, begging her, in the name of their friendship, to take her in. Which is how these two single women find themselves cohabiting in Loulou’s fabulous penthouse. Now that they’re living together, they support each other’s efforts to resist the impulses of their ardent hearts. Easier said than done!
